ReferenceUSA

'New Businesses' and 'International Businesses' are the newest modules added to ReferenceUSA.

  • New Businesses
    Search for new businesses by type or location added in the last seven days, 2 or 3 weeks or within the last 1,2,3,6,9 or 12 months. Infomration is collected from a variety of sources and is updated weekly.
     
  • International Businesses
    Covers 3 million top international corporations and 5 million executives. Search by company, executive, industry or news and reports. Data is obtained from OneSource, a business information database aggregator. There is detailed financial information and annual reports on public companies for current and prior years. U.S. Industry Norms provides financial ratios from Risk Management Associates (RMA) Annual Statement Studies for industries classified by NAICS code. Tutorials and online chat under the "support" tab will help you use this database most effectively and efficiently.

Contra Costa Innovation Center (CCIC)
Consulting Services to Small Businesses and Innovators on Intellectual Property are now available in Contra Costa County. The CCIC offers Free 30-Minute Consultations with an Expert in Your Field who will provide information and guidance on:

  • Patents Trademarks Copyrights
  • Trade Secrets Licensing of Intellectual Property
  • Litigation Advice
  • Referrals

When: Every Other Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Where: CCIC, Small Business Development Center
