From Highway 4 Eastbound:

• Take the Highway 4 Bypass route just past Antioch.
• Exit at Laurel Rd.
• Make a left onto Laurel, continuing until you see the Empire Avenue intersection.
• Turn right on Empire, and continue until you come to Neroly Road.
• Turn left on Neroly Road. Drive about ½ mile and you will see Freedom High School on the left side of the road.
• Make a left into the parking lot where the Oakley Public Library sign directs you and follow the library sign to the front doors of the library. Parking is right in front of the building.

From Highway 4 Westbound:

• Enter Oakley on Highway 4/Brentwood Blvd.
• Turn left on Lone Tree Way.
• Turn right on O'Hara Street
• Turn left on Neroly Road, and you will see Freedom High School immediately on the right side of the road.
• Make a right into the parking lot where the Oakley Public Library sign directs you and follow the library sign to the front doors of the library. Parking is right in front of the building.

Public Transit :

• From Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station take Tri Delta Transit bus # 391 (weekdays) or 392 (weekends).
• The closest stop is at Cypress and O'Hara.
• Walk approximately 2 miles south on O'Hara to Neroly and turn right. The library is approximately 1/2 mi. west on Neroly in the Freedom High School Library.
