From Interstate 80 Northbound:

• Travel past Richmond and take the Pinole Valley Road exit. Turn right.
• The Library is two blocks on the left across the street from Pinole Valley High School.

From Interstate 80 Southbound and (Highway 4):

• Travel south toward Oakland and take the Pinole Valley Road exit. Turn left.
• The Library is two blocks on the left across from Pinole Valley High School.

From Interstate 80 Eastbound:

• Take I-80 Eastbound towards Sacramento
• Take the Pinole Valley Road exit. Turn right onto Pinole Valley Road.
• The Library is two blocks on the left across the street from Pinole Valley High School.

From Interstate 80 Westbound:

• Take I-80 Westbound towards San Francisco
• Take the Pinole Valley Road exit. Turn left onto Pinole Valley Road.
• The Library is two blocks on the left across the street from Pinole Valley High School.

From Interstate 680 Northbound:

• From Walnut Creek, take 680 North to Highway 4 West.
• Get on Interstate 80 West, and take the first exit, Pinole Valley Rd. Turn left at the bottom of the exit.
• Take Pinole Valley Rd. approximately a 1/4 of a mile. The library is on the left, directly across from Pinole Valley High school.

From Interstate 680 Southbound:

• Take 680 Southbound (across the Benicia Bridge) to Highway 4 West. 
• Take the ramp onto CA-4 West towards Martinez/Hercules 
• Take the exit toward I-80 West San Francisco/Oakland
• Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Oakland/I-80 W/San Francisco and merge onto I-80 West
• Take the Pinole Valley Road exit. Turn left onto Pinole Valley Road.
• The Library is two blocks on the left across the street from Pinole Valley High School.

Public Transit:

• From the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station take a WestCat J bus northbound.
• Get off at Oak Ridge and San Pablo Ave. in Pinole.
• Transfer to WestCat bus #16 eastbound.
• Get off at Pinole Valley High School and cross the street to the library.

• From the Hercules area take a WestCat J bus southbound.
• Get off at Oak Ridge and San Pablo Ave. in Pinole.
• Transfer to WestCat bus #16 eastbound.
• Get off at Pinole Valley High School and cross the street to the library.
