Flanked by majestic redwoods, the Moraga Library with its "Early California" design has served area residents in its current location since 1974. Always a strong supporter, the Friends of the Moraga Library significantly augments the Library's book budget and funds quality programming for all ages. Story and craft sessions, lectures, author visits, and teen workshops attract many. Home to almost 64,000 books, recorded books, music and DVDs as well as computers, WI-FI access, the Friends' Book Shop, a meeting room, and the adjacent Moraga Historical Society archives, the Moraga Library is an inviting destination for all.
